TAUD Interim Loan Program

In an effort to assist borrowers throughout the state with the overwhelming burden of financing capital construction projects, TAUD has created the Interim Finance Program (the "Program"). The Program provides funding for communities that have received a permanent loan commitment from the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development ("RD"). The Program is structured to provide a mechanism for obtaining competitive loans for construction projects at a very low cost of borrowing.
