TAUD Flexible Term Finance Program

The Flexible Term Loan Program is a smart financing alternative to traditional loan programs. Utilities may borrow at a lower rate, and project funding is available approximately 60 to 90 days after a completed application has been approved.
With a minimum loan amount of $500,000 and no maximum dollar amount, utility systems may finance projects of every scope and size. Eligible water, wastewater and natural gas projects include infrastructure improvements, automated meter reading systems, headquarter renovations, construction, equipment purchases and various other projects.
The application process includes the completion of a simple, one-page document. The process is designed to be streamlined to minimize borrower involvement. To begin the application process, call or email John Hall at (931) 607-1014 or visit www.taud.org for more information.
